Overview of the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will be responsible in contributing to the achievement of sales targets by supporting the Sales team.
Key accountabilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team including taking minutes during sales meetings, responsible for all files, letters, gift cards, giveaway certificates, gift inventory, internal and external correspondence
Maintains updated database of accounts in Opera System
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all staff across departments
Booking business trips and preparation of expense reports on behalf of the sales team
Creating sales and travel request forms as well as presentations
General Requirements
College graduate with at least 1 year work experience in a hotel setup Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Efficiency in both oral and written communication skills Knowledge of PMS/Opera
