Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive for our recruitment agency, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will lead the expansion of our client base, ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and penetrate new markets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions that meet client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and staffing needs. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to update clients on recruitment trends, market insights, and service offerings. Address client concerns promptly and effectively, striving to exceed client expectations.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the value proposition of our recruitment services. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Work closely with the internal legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements in a timely manner.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Conduct regular analysis of market data and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential areas for expansion and improvement.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections using CRM software. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales KPIs, and revenue targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to travel as needed.
