About the role

Here at Siemens Digital Industries Software, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team in Belgium. As part of our Sales team, you will aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue in the assigned markets by developing new opportunities, growing existing customers.

Are you the commercially oriented Sales professional who can combine business development capabilities with strong sales skills to deliver revenue?

Define the short- and long- term goals for a portfolio of named accounts and suspects to achieve individual quota; maximizing land and expand opportunities and reducing customer churn.Develop individual account strategies and associated plans for each named account or suspect aligned to the customers buyer journey, to achieve the defined short- and long-term goals, based on forecast and hard data.Prioritize suspects and accounts to ensure that the energy, budget, and time spent on them is in direct proportion to their tactical or strategic value to the company.Identify and map the key stakeholder landscape and political relationships in each account or prospect and define a stakeholder strategy to support the achievement of the account plan.Partner collaboratively with Customers to understand their business, creatively adapt programs to drive new revenue, and expand business relationshipsConsistently communicating and brainstorming with the extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development

You’re the innovator we need if you have

Proactive hunter sales profile and eager to close new business and challenge the extended team in driving sales in existing and new accountsProven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunitiesInterest in software sales with a strong affinity to comprehend industrial business and engineering processes across various industriesAbility to adapt and navigate through a changing environmentYou are a fluent communicator in Dutch, French and English (all at full professional level)Ability to travel to meet customers as required

Nice if you have

Experience of selling software within industrial manufacturing sector (e.g., Automotive, Defense, Aerospace, Semiconductor industry) is a plus e.g. (PLM, MOM, CAD, CAE, IoT, Digital Twin).
