Sales Executive
City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in developing new business relationships and enhancing existing client engagements within a B2B environment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, which includes identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, as well as closing sales. You will utilize your expertise to understand the specific needs of our clients and offer tailored solutions for a comprehensive range of facility services. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research, making cold calls, scheduling appointments, and presenting our services to a variety of potential clients. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services that align with client expectations. This position offers a competitive base salary, along with performance-based commissions and bonuses, providing the opportunity for significant income potential. Requirements + Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment is required. + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. + Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Successful candidates will also be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position.
