Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach methods, including cold calling, on-site client visits, and participation in networking events.Work together with the Account Manager to offer tailored insurance solutions to meet client objectives.Together with the Account Manager, lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close deals with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.Stay updated on the company’s product and service offerings, effectively communicating their value to potential and existing clients.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in a sales or commercial role, preferably within insurance or banking.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.English and Portuguese language proficiency.Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).Great communication and interpersonal skills.
