About the Role  

In this opportunity as a Sales Executive, you will: 

Tailors client presentations to the unique needs of the individual account and articulates the proposals through ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle.Prospects new customers, validate their needs, shape product plans and support other Sales Executives with setting up demosAttains sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basisPossesses core knowledge across products within the sub-segment and engage Solutions Consultants where deep product expertise is required to drive to closeSupports developing and executing territory growth strategiesSeeks feedback on product usage to ensure customer satisfactionCompletes weekly sales performance reports and completes all CRM reporting in a timely and accurate mannerDrives strategic initiatives supported by assigned account team consisting of Sales Development Representative, Client Executive and Solutions Consultants to drive growth in assigned territoryLeverages sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles (such as utilizing Flash/EMS/Salesforce)Understand specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the sub-segment and territoryAttends sales meetings and conventions as requiredRefer to the Role Descriptions and Career Path Progression document for specific years of experience and EducationSuccessful sales experience with proven/consistent track record of quota attainment.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or a Master’s Degree in related fields.Skills: Cold Calling, Cold Mailing, Software Demos, Negotiations based on value, Value Proposition, Strategic Planning, Relationship Building, Cross-Functional Leadership, Market Expertise, Excellent Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Result-Driven and Oriented, Consultative Sales Methodology, Customer-Centric, Strategic Prospection, Time Management.Experience: 3 years in sales, preferably as an Account Executive or Key Account Executive, with experience dealing with large enterprises. Experience in strategic account management, customer relationship management, and using CRM tools like Salesforce is highly desirable.
