We're a dynamic, smart, and enthusiastic team led by an experienced founder who knows the industry inside and out. We're now looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will: + Generate and qualify leads. + Nurture prospect relationships. + Negotiate and close deals. + Achieve sales targets. + Ensure customer satisfaction. + Contribute to the development of sales strategies. + Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate sales data. + Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing objectives. We would like you to have: + A proven track record in sales with experience driving and sustaining revenue, preferably in the genomics or biotechnology space. + Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree, PhD is a plus. + Passion for genomics and bioinformatics. + A proactive approach to building networks and establishing relationships with clients. + Strong independence, work ethic, and problem-solving skills. + A can-do attitude with excellent time management and negotiation abilities. + Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus. + Exceptional English language skills (C2 preferred, C1 minimum).
