About the Opportunity
WeWork is seeking an Account Sales Executive to help lead its sales efforts in the Mexican market. This full-time position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in CDMX and will be part of our growing Sales division. The successful candidates are diligent with a proven record in sales, prospecting, outreaching, and generating Enterprise companies leads in their market.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to pitch, tour, negotiate and close sales deals in all WeWork locations across their market.
Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc.),
Effective pipeline management of allocated buildings, process management
Developing and maintaining medium-sized relationships, partner with New Member Development team looking after inbound inquiries and Community teams taking care of the management of the building) to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members
Weekly reports to Senior team, manage multi-site if required, attend WeWork events and being a brand ambassador at all times.
About you
Between 3-5 years of sales experience as a minimum
Strong negotiating a transactional skills
Ability to penetrate new markets
Presentation and communication skills required
Detail orientation and organization skills required
Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
Business development experience
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Real Estate knowledge is a plus
Commercial real estate sales experience and/or B2B business solutions experience is a plus.
Advanced level of english.
