About the Role:
This client-facing role will assist in driving revenue by supporting the Leasing team in the Sales process.
As a successful Sales Executive or Leasing Sales, you will be expected to:
Handle all the sales funnel: Prospecting, negotiating, close deals.
Facilitate all tour requests for your assigned building/s
Handle all inbound leads for all buildings and wework’s products as assigned by the SD and team manager.
Prospecting and hunting new business opportunities.
Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track member data, as Salesforce.
Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work cross-functionally to find the optimal solution for members
Excellent communication with key internal stakeholders to ensure the business closing.
Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members.
Meeting monthly goals.
Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience
Experience and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced in English: B2 - C1.
Proven professional professional experience in sales, account management or related industry
Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce experience highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
