**Sales/Business Development Manager role in the Hard/Technical Services and Facilities Management Industry**
**Key position within the business driving sales and revenue growth**
**Position based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements**

Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, develop individualised facilities management success plans for each of our clients. Our technical experts enable our self-delivery capability in Heating, Ventilation & Airconditioning (HVAC), Electrical, BMS, General Maintenance and Fire Services.
**As a Sales Executive, here is a snapshot of your day:**
+ To be an active support for the Business Development Manager/ Business Unit with the negoitation and closing of sales opportunities
+ Develop the skills to successfully manager their own sales opportunities
+ Build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients.
+ Consider innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business and discuss the feasiblitiy of these with the BDM and team.
+ Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations
+ Maintain records and relevant contract document in the support of tenders and re-bids for the business.
+ Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales experience from the facilities management/hard services/service provider industry
+ Experience of dealing with a range of people including site staff, suppliers and
+ customers
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach.
+ Experience of preparing detailed written documents and reports to a high standard
+ Adaptability and flexibility of meeting tight deadlines
