**Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Proactive Sales Executive** to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for driving sales growth and developing meaningful relationships with both prospective and existing clients. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead Generation:** Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
+ **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
+ **Sales Presentations:** Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase our solutions and their benefits.
+ **Sales Strategy Development:** Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
+ **Pipeline Management:** Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client interactions, progress, and opportunities.
+ **Negotiation and Closing:** Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
+ **Market Insight:** Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position our products and services effectively.
+ **Reporting & Analysis:** Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, including forecasts and market intelligence.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or relevant industry.
+ Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
+ Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
+ Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
