Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Windhoek, Namibia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generationBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offeringsNegotiate contracts and close deals with clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM softwareAttend industry events and conferences to network and generate leadsProvide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Opera system experience would be an added advantageDemonstrated ability to drive results and close dealsExceptional negotiation and problem-solving skillsExperience with sales forecasting and pipeline managementAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent presentation and public speaking skillsWillingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
