Join our team as a Sales Executive and play a key role in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and positioning our hotel as the top choice for corporate travel and events. **Why Join Us?** + **Exciting Growth Opportunities** – Be part of a team that values innovation and career development. + **Vibrant Work Environment** – Work with a passionate, supportive team in a dynamic hospitality setting. + **Prestigious Clientele** – Build relationships with top corporate clients and event planners. **Your Role:** + **Drive Sales Success** – Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. + **Build & Nurture Relationships** – Develop strong, lasting partnerships with corporate clients, event organisers, and travel agencies. + **Showcase Our Venue** – Conduct engaging site visits and presentations to highlight our hotel's exceptional facilities. **Our Sales Executives have** : + A track record of sales achievements with at least 2 years’ experience in the service and hospitality industry is essential for this role. + Strong strategic planning skills, ability to look ahead and strategies in place to support the plans. + A degree of knowledge of all market segments i.e., corporate, mice, entertainment, and sport. + The ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail. + Previous experience in using Microsoft packages, Delphi knowledge is desirable plus knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering. + The ability to demonstrates relevant functional experience and good knowledge of relevant topics and collaboration with other hotel departments. + Experience in coaching and supporting team members to develop.
