Sales Executive
Job Description Faststream has partnered with a marine client, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales function by managing client requests, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with bids and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or client experience within the maritime sector and a passion for delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to the sales process, including maintaining client records and processing documentation. Assist in the preparation of sales bids, proposals, and presentations. Support the sales team in organizing meetings, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and client needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM systems and other internal tools. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Sales Support within the maritime industry. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage. A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
