Sales Executive

Identify, qualify and develop new client leads and referrals to achieve specific monthly sales goals. Scheduled and conducted client appointments to understand their needs and deliver compelling sales presentations. Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, overcoming objections, and negotiating contracts. Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting for new business opportunities. Utilize and manage a CRM system to track client information and activities while maintaining a "Hot 25" list of prospective clients. Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to foster a positive work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational skills and a metrics-driven mindset with a competitive drive for success.

- Proven ability to close short-cycle B2B sales.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and marketing, to meet client needs.
