Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned market area, ensuring client information is kept up to date. Proactively identify business opportunities and execute sales plans aligned with the overall sales strategy. Assist Sales Team in business development by conducting hotel tours, developing follow-up plans, and maintaining good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Provide timely feedback to the Sales Team regarding market changes and competitor information, through sales visits, telemarketing, and emails, etc. Assist with any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisorsRequirements
Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality Strong communications and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience. Experience in engaging sales accounts at a luxury hotel is an advantage
