Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field\n2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 1 years in sales support\nProven experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities\nOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills\nExperience in managing client relationships\nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nCRM management\nSales pipeline tracking\nProposal preparation\nContract administration\nLead qualification\nSales reporting\nClient communication\nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
