Position Overview:The ISS STOXX sales team is seeking a B2B Senior Account Executive product specialist for our fast-growing Global Securities Class Action business (SCAS). The role requires a minimum of 7-10 years sales experience as an individual contributor, preferably in the financial services sector. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for your territory, along with developing senior relationships with some of the world's largest Institutional Investors. In addition to prospecting for new accounts you will also oversee and manage a growing number of existing client relationships which are among ISS’ largest Global Institutional accounts. As a Senior Account Executive, you will have the benefit of working with a business development representative to assist with generating and qualifying new leads along with the advantage of leveraging subject matter experts from ISS’ businesses to support more technical sales.
You will join the world’s leading provider of corporate governance and responsible investment solutions for asset managers, asset owners, hedge funds, and asset service providers. The SCAS business unit which you will be a part of is the industry pioneer and expert in global securities class actions and anti-trust cases. SCAS offers a complete end to end solution from global case research, monitoring of portfolios, filing of complex cases, recovering and transferring of funds to the beneficial owners.

Responsibilities include:Achievement of quarterly and annual new recurring sales, one-time, and down sale targets
Cultivating and nurturing relationships with our institutional clients to achieve strong retention metrics, in order to create new upsell opportunities for your sales territory
Employing a consultative sales process to attract and pursue new prospects
Managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting, pitching new business, hosting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing.
Maintaining an accurate pipeline and regular reporting and updating of activity to management
Collaborating with your Business Development Representative to design and execute on prospecting strategies to reach new targets
Continuously providing client feedback to the business leads, regarding new industry initiatives and future product enhancements
Working across ISS client success, product, and research teams to ensure all client requests are handled effectively
Leveraging ISS resources from the business: research, business heads, specialists, operations to drive meeting activity and build new business opportunities
Maintain a keen understanding of the securities class action marketplace dynamics along with mastering the complete SCAS service offerings
Qualifications:Motivated to succeed, with a strong work ethic
Solid foundation and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
Minimum seven - ten years of sales experience in the financial services industry preferred
Experience prospecting and selling into the EMEA market
Outstanding listening, written, communication and presentation skills
Self-starter who can work independently across a team with the ability to multitask at a high level with outstanding time management skills
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms
Outstanding soft and interpersonal skills
Absolute personal and business integrity
Fluency in English required, other European languages would be advantageous
Salesforce experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree (MA, CAIA, or CFA designation preferred) or equivalent experience
