Multi-Product Sales Advisor

Salary: £22,500  base salary + commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Location: Eurocard Centre, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG (5-minute walk from Crewe train station)
Holidays: 25 days per year, plus additional Bank holidays 

 Job Purpose:

Our Sales Advisors are really important to the continued success of the business as we continue to support our customers by delivering best-in-class sustainable mobility, connectivity and technology solutions. You will be responsible for contacting existing fuel customers with the objective of cross-selling our mobile telecoms and vehicle tracking products.

 

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

Holding account reviews with our customers who already hold Fuel cards from Radius and cross-selling our other business solutions. Alongside responding to inbound calls and emails from an existing customer base.Promoting/showing our self-service portal to new customers and explaining our other products to our existing customersCreate working relationships with colleagues within other divisionsArticulate challenges and opportunities to the Head of Multi-Product Sales

      

What do we expect of you?

Self motivated with a desire to achieve set targetsAbility to understand and discuss a variety of different products and business areasStrong communication skills with good telephone mannerGood organisation skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detailGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
