**DESCRIPTION**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Managerial Responsibilities (30%):**
+ **Primary Sales:** Drive primary sales efforts to meet and exceed sales targets.
+ **Secondary Sales:** Manage secondary sales through channel partners.
+ **Product Marketing:** Promote and market products to increase visibility and sales.
+ **Payment & Order Collection:** Ensure timely collection of payments and orders.
+ **Mitwa Loyalty Program:** Manage and enhance the Mitwa Loyalty Program to retain and engage customers.
**General Professional Practice (GPP) Responsibilities (70%):**
+ **Reporting:**
+ Consolidate and distribute sales reports where tasks are repetitive and well-documented.
+ Gather and consolidate data from others using existing templates and provide forecasting input.
+ **System Administration:**
+ Execute repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
+ Periodically review user-entered data on systems to ensure completeness.
+ **Data Analyses (Internal & External):**
+ Conduct ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig).
+ Research assigned opportunities through secondary research, compile and share findings.
+ Compile relevant competitive data from various resources.
+ Conduct internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) where tasks are well-documented.

**Qualifications:**
+ **Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Experience:**
+ Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
