About the role:
As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.

What you will be doing:

Building relationships with stakeholders to educate small to midsized business owners about FIS products and services.

Selling Payments, Cards, and Core Banking solutions, leveraging expertise to meet client needs.

Developing new business opportunities to meet and exceed annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expanding existing accounts.

Acting as a hunter, generating leads and proactively seeking new business opportunities.

Designing and implementing a sales strategy, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining the sales pipeline.

What you will need:

Expert negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

Experience presenting to CEO/CIO/COO and other senior executives, demonstrating a strong executive presence.

Proven experience in selling Payments, Cards, and Core Banking solutions, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong lead generation and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

Fluency in Dutch is essential.
