**DESCRIPTION** **Job Summary:** Supports the sales force through reporting, system administration, and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision. **Key Responsibilities** **Reporting:** + Consolidates and distributes sales reports that are repetitive and well-documented under limited supervision. + Gathers and consolidates data from others using existing templates as input for forecasting. **System Administration:** + Executes repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal). + Periodically reviews user-entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy under limited supervision. **Data Analyses (Internal & External):** + Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, Rig Dig). + Research assigned opportunities through secondary research, compiles findings, and shares insights. + Compiles relevant competitive data from various sources under limited supervision. + Conducts internal sales analyses (e.g., variances, projections, costing, bundling) based on well-documented tasks. **Sales Execution:** + Manages primary sales responsibilities. + Drives secondary sales through effective engagement with fleet customers, retailers, OEM dealers, and other stakeholders. + Builds and strengthens relationships with fleet customers and retail networks to achieve business goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Competencies** + **Action Oriented:** Tackles new opportunities and challenges with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. + **Collaborates:** Builds partnerships and works collaboratively to achieve shared goals. + **Communicates Effectively:** Delivers clear and concise communications tailored to audience needs. + **Self-Development:** Actively seeks personal and professional growth opportunities through formal and informal channels. + **Data Analytics:** Analyzes and interprets qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decisions. + **Project Schedule Management:** Manages schedules and ensures timely completion of deliverables using appropriate tools and processes. + **Adapts to Target Audience:** Simplifies complex topics for diverse audiences to ensure understanding and retention. + **Integrates Customer Perspective:** Understands and incorporates customer needs to develop sales content that increases revenue. + **Values Differences:** Recognizes and values diverse perspectives and cultural contributions to the organization. **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** + High school diploma, certificate of secondary education, or equivalent experience. + This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience:** + Requires some work experience with intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience. + Experience in sales & Marketing in Automobile, + Should have experience into High commercial vehicle. + 4.
