What will you do?

Buscamos un/a Sales Executive altamente motivado y con experiencia en el sector hotelero para unirse a nuestro equipo comercial en Ibiza. La persona seleccionada desempeñará un papel clave en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones estratégicas con clientes, maximizando las oportunidades de negocio y contribuyendo al crecimiento del hotel en los segmentos corporativo, MICE y de ocio.

Realizar seguimiento de leads, preparar propuestas comerciales y cerrar acuerdos.

Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de eventos, reuniones y conferencias dentro del segmento MICE.

Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones comerciales con cuentas clave, agencias y clientes directos.

Utilizar herramientas de gestión como Delphi para la administración de cuentas y eventos.

Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y diseñar estrategias para aumentar la ocupación y la rentabilidad del hotel.

Coordinarse con los diferentes departamentos del hotel para garantizar un servicio excepcional.

What are we looking for?

Experiencia previa en ventas dentro del sector hotelero.

Se valorará experiencia en la cadena Hilton y conocimiento de sus estándares.

Conocimiento y experiencia en el segmento MICE.

Manejo de herramientas de gestión de eventos y CRM, especialmente Delphi.

Nivel avanzado de español e inglés; se valorarán otros idiomas.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y orientación al cliente.

Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y orientación a resultados.
