The Sales Executive Telecom - Channel position is a rare opportunity to work directly under the National Director of Channel Sales and potentially grow into a Senior Channel Manager position.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel PartnersAttend sales calls with sales agents to present and assist in closing AireSpring opportunities with end-usersEnsure agents are educated and fully knowledgeable of AireSpring products, process and procedures. Work with agents on thorough order submission per AireSpring's requirementsLead solution development efforts that best address agent and agent customer’s needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Performance Measures:
Achieves assigned sales quota. Meets assigned expectations for agent retention. Maintains high customer satisfaction rating with agents and agent’s customers.Follow-up and assist agents and customers with customer service requests. Proactively seeks out new opportunities.QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years prior telecom sales experience REQUIRED with a strong knowledge of voice and data products.

This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. The compensation for this position will be based.on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $45,000 to $150,000 per annum. We have an un-capped commission structure. AireSpring provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the company reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
