Continuous communication with distribution centers and sales representatives of products
Conducting phone negotiations with customers and providing them with guidance
Conducting in-person negotiations with customers to introduce products and services
Maintaining telephone or face-to-face communication with customers during the contract period until the product and services are delivered
Recording customer phone requests in the relevant form and assessing feasibility before committing to the customer
Preparing sales contracts for customers in coordination with management and sending them to customers
Regularly reporting visits and meetings held with customers to the sales manager
Receiving customer feedback, recording it, and addressing their concerns
Collaborating in identifying sales agents and marketers
Updating the list of sales agents and marketers
Preparing performance reports for sales agents and informing the sales manager of the results

Experience in the home appliance industry is mandatory

Issuing invoices, managing product dispatch, and following up on sales and returns
Strong public relations and social skills
