Responsibilities The Opportunity: The Finance Coordinator supports the Foodservice team by owning the Business Acquisition Model process through leading the conversation and negotiations from a financial perspective based on relevant insights, leading the innovation and Stage Gate financial builds, co-leading forecasting/month-end and Anual Operational Plan (AOP) processes. Your Impact: As Sales Finance Coordinator your functions would consist of Lead New Business Acquisition process. Manage sales team expectations while achieving our financial objectives, drive the negotiation. Lead Foodservice innovation process and project financials including delivering recommendations and seeking alignment Lead product mix and pricing analyses, and provide recommendations, action items, and create detailed models and recommendations; leveraging on analytics for providing clear visibility and better decision making. Develop Foodservice reporting and perform analysis to uncover insights and opportunities and identify and validate pricing. Co-lead Foodservice forecast and AOP process, target setting, and tracking of results. Work with cross-functional team to ensure pricing is accurately captured and reconciled by customer and SKU. Support sales team with ad hoc deliverables including educating on financial acumen, presenting results and insights, and providing trade reconciliations. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting Experience Minimum 3 years Business experience English fluency required Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills are a key requirement Previous SAP, Power BI & BOBJ (Business Objects) software experience an asset Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience Strong technical, problem solving, planning, and analytical skills Experience in analyzing or forecasting Profit and Loss results Effective time management & prioritization capabilities Ability to work and think independently with minimal direction and oversight If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
