Обязанности: • Lead channel/customer/distributor profitability and make an automation/simplification • Lead channel and distributors agenda in a quarterly, half and yearly basis. • Work on channel strategy together with NRM and BDM function • Lead validation of NRR plans for Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan • Monthy closing process (Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan): • Lead closing process in Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan (Month end Year end closing and hard closing periods). • Make root cause analysis of deviations vs. weekly, monthly and annual forecast • Net revenue realization preparation by category in a monthly basis (Actual BOY and FY) • Work on CDA governance policy (update and standardization) • Process standardization (Closing, CDA model) • Lead junior analysts in sales finance organization • Leading RTM projects in Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan from finance perspective • Provide strategic and right insight data and guidance to all business development teams to fulfill KPI in the projects • Assisting to FPA and NRM team during forecasting/AOP period in terms of customers and channels • Ensuring to submit on time and correct data • Preparing channel/customer PL in Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan in a monthly basis Требования: • University degree • Total 5-6 years’ experience in Sales Finance FMCG or Big 4 • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (excel, word , PowerPoint, PowerBI) as well as 1C • Good communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail while being able to see the whole picture • Leadership skills: set the agenda, taking others with you and doing it the right way • Analytical thinking skills
