RideNow Powersports Canton, a division of RumbleOn, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Floor Manager to assist our sales professionals in the closing of deals and building of customer relationships. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will motivate and guide your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive superior service at our dealership.

Responsibilities
Guide & manage the sales operations for new and pre-owned powersports. Be a service-driven, visible leader, coach & motivator for the sales team. Motivate the sales team daily to meet & exceed sales goals with clear expectations & open communication. Track customer traffic in the dealership and manage the sales floor coverage for the best customer experience. Understand the process of structuring sales deals, including financial options and F&I product objectives. Close sales with guests, including the introduction and selling of F&I products. Explain financing options and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the purchase experience. Present numbers and close deals for the sales team.
