We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to provide day-to-day support for our Global and ANZ/MX Salesforce instances. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance within our Salesforce environment. Responsibilities and Duties Provide end-user support across both Salesforce instances while adhering to team SLAs. Manage new user setup and deactivation, including transferring record ownership for deactivated users. Identify issues and coordinate with team members and business users to find solutions, proposing resolutions to the team. Ensure system documentation, policies, and standard work are well-maintained and up-to-date. Assist with QA testing in Sandboxes. Support general Salesforce data cleansing efforts. Manage mass data imports, manual and/or automated data entry, or cleanup as needed. Understand all aspects of Teletrac Navman’s Salesforce orgs, including technical and functional capabilities, and how changes may affect current processes. Gather requirements and prepare documentation for changes to the Salesforce environment. Be a self-starter with the initiative to learn additional areas of Salesforce.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud required; Experience Cloud experience is a plus.
2+ years of Salesforce end-user support.
Ability to work on multiple deliveries simultaneously.
Current Salesforce Admin certification is required.
Experience with DocuSign / Conga is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a team player mentality.
A desire to continually learn and develop new skills.
