They take a broad perspective to determine how such solutions will impact existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration. Skills and Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. $35-$40HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
