· Responsible for the sales and revenue growth of the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Practice in APAC and the management of relationships with all clients; developing and building a sales culture to drive integrated product sales and sharing best practices for sales and marketing
· Oversee all activities to grow and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline that will attract new clients who operate across both APAC/International and all regions.
· Consistently train and develop Business Developers and other client-facing consultants to apply a consultative selling approach that aids in enhanced discovery of specific solutions that may be achieved through utilization of our global product and service offering.
· Foster a collaborative environment to maintain excellent partnerships with the WTW Client Management Group and Work & Rewards advisory colleagues, particularly in our Work & Rewards line of business.
· Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success associates to expand awareness of RDI capabilities in their assigned territories and client groups to stimulate additional sales and integrated selling opportunities.
· Understand target market (including unique industry needs) to determine which strategies & intellectual capital can be used to attract new clients and foster revenue growth utilizing this strategy.
· Lead or participate in meetings with prospects and clients, virtually and in-person when needed.
· Act as an Account Manager for some current high level, challenging and more sophisticated GDA clients. Within assigned accounts, incumbent will be responsible for client satisfaction, retention of recurring revenue, and upselling opportunities for data & software
· Initiate and support various Global Data Agreement marketing campaigns as needed.
· Raise awareness and increase sales of our Analytics & Design feature set within Compensation Software.
· Raise awareness and increase sales of our Custom Data Analytics capabilities.
· Deliver monthly progress report to the RDI APAC/International leadership team.
