Sales Intern

Join our dynamic key partner sales team at Fortinet based in Paris and play a pivotal role in B2B MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) business development opportunities. This internship offers a unique chance to directly contribute to Fortinet growth in MSSP market segments, while building your expertise in cybersecurity solutions, Partner & MSSP sales strategy, SalesOps and B2B marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Kickstart Your Career with Cybersecurity Training Get hands-on experience with industry-leading cybersecurity solutions, including Fortinet certifications. Familiarize yourself with prospecting and SalesOps tools (LinkedIn, Salesforce, and more) used to drive on-going and future business opportunities. Build up automation in key SalesOps & Business Reviews tooling Dive deep into sales operation and business reviews tooling to develop new and innovative automation approach. Collaborate with team leaders in key different areas (SalesOps, Renewal and Sales teams) to enhance existing tools, build up strategies that will deliver measurable impact. Create Tailored Sales & Marketing Content Develop compelling sales materials and personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the unique challenges of each market and services segments. Curate digital engagement assets (e.g., HighSpot Rooms, Salesforce updates) to strengthen relationships with high-potential clients. Design email campaigns and leverage webinars, product demos, and social media outreach to ignite interest. Engage and Follow Up internally and with partners Take ownership of tracking internal and partner interactions to ensure timely follow-ups to keep opportunities or actions alive. Contribute to organising and promoting virtual and in-person events aimed at re-engaging key existing but also future MSSP services launch, strengthening relationships, and showcasing Fortinet unique solutions. Help drive the success of sales events, from logistics coordination to partner collaboration and follow-up strategies. Measure and Optimize Success Analyse and report on the effectiveness of your initiatives, providing actionable insights to help optimize strategies and improve Marketing, Sales and SalesOps outcomes. Regularly monitor CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date account data to streamline and support end customer account management.

Key Deliverables:

Detailed reports on account and SalesOps performance, with actionable recommendations for improvement. Optimisation suggestions and tooling enhancements to SalesOps success. Comprehensive interaction tracking and analysis documents. Fortinet end customer sales, partner and distributor teams onboarding on existing MSSP services.

Skills You’ll Develop:

Cybersecurity Expertise: Understand the B2B sales cycle in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity space. Partner Data Analysis: Gain hands-on experience partner accounts and developing data-driven strategies. Sales & Marketing Mastery: Learn the art of crafting compelling B2B marketing content, and execute targeted campaigns to capture client attention. CRM & Tools Proficiency: Build expertise in CRM platforms and partner engagement tools to drive high-impact sales actions.
