Overview

Humanscale offers our Sales Intern the opportunity to educate clients on the science behind ergonomics while re-establishing engagement with existing customers, growing new accounts, and most importantly, being financially rewarded. This is more than an internship. Our award-winning ergonomic products change the way people work. You will primarily target end-user accounts and set appointments for the Humanscale sales team members.

Maintaining customer satisfaction and scheduling initial meetings is your primary goal, and you will spend the balance of your time responding to inquiries, helping with issues, and providing updates on requests while looking for new opportunities for our sales team. Humanscale focuses on innovation, sustainability, and design, allowing our team members to promote premier products that improve health, support movement, and change lives – one workstation at a time.


Responsibilities Maintain the appropriate levels of sales activities – prospecting (phone calls and e-mail outreach), conducting initial sales conversations and close for appointments.  Use Humanscale’s CRM system to track leads, complete sales prospecting activities, develop opportunity reports, and provide accurate monthly lead forecasts to the sales management teams. Assist the sales team with setting up product evaluations or demonstrations for potential customers. Serve as a liaison between the customer care team and the customer on shipment and quality matters.Ability to assess end-users’ furniture and technology to specify appropriate configuration of solutions.Completing sales activity/ opportunity reports and maintaining customer contact databaseEffectively work with other Humanscale, A&D, Dealer and End-user personnelAs needed set up post sale end-user appointments working with ADR on recently closed business. Qualifications Currently enrolled in college in 2025Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships.Great presentation skills Candidates must have dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto-insurance.

Houly Range: $20.00
