How you'll make an impact Assists with drafting, editing and revising communication materials and presentations Proofreading text and reviewing graphic designs Gathering information and documenting outcomes for both client work and driving new business and innovation Providing project management support Assists with proposal development and assembling finalist presentations Expand knowledge base regarding employee engagement offerings as well as services offered by other Buck practices Manages special projects or assignments as instructed by supervisor Manage multiple internal projects and/or client facing engagements simultaneously and prioritize heavy workloads with the ability of working independently and/or remotely with limited supervision Interact and build relationships with internal leaders, client and project teams and internship peers About You Possesses critical-thinking skills, strong attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive and eager to learn with ability to take initiative Demonstrates interest in human resources and employee benefits Able to work well both individually and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Suite of tools a plus Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or Business Administration Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
