What You Get Out of the Internship​

Shadow Sales Representatives, Sales Associates, and OnSite Specialists to gain insight into all aspects of the Endoscopy DivisionAssist in the development of the Endoscopy Sales Internship program, collaborating with leadership and HRLearn selling skills, sales processes, and product demos through coaching and mentoring from Sales Representatives, Associates, and ManagersEngage with various teams within the Business Unit and cross-divisionally with a growth mindsetProvide support to Sales and Field Operations Teams on special projects as assignedPrepare and deliver a sales presentation focused on the Endoscopy, Comm, and Clinical product lines

What you need

Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summerCumulative 3.0 GPA or above preferredMust be permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. citizenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing   priorities with enthusiasmAbility to exercise independent judgmentProficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointProven leadership and business acumen skillsProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills
