Internships are the primary entry point into a sales and marketing career at Lilly, with many interns having the opportunity to apply for ongoing permanent roles within their preferred team/location. The Sales Internship is a paid program for recent university graduates and postgraduate students and for those students who are eager to kickstart their career in medical sales. The program is focused on giving hands-on experience and support in selling across multiple areas, while developing skills for a unique career path in sales and/or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to achieve sales targets by promoting products to targeted customersAbility to develop strong relationships with targeted customers delivering customer satisfactionPromote the image of Lilly ANZ across various areasRepresent the company at scientific and industry meetings and eventsDevelop & maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and market developmentsBe a strong team player and work collaboratively and professionally alongside all colleaguesAble to use technology effectively in ensuring all duties are carried out effectivelyEnsure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies

Requirements for the Sales Internship

Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of applicationLiving in or willing to relocate to the city where the role is based and be willing to cover the cost of relocation if required.
