Sales Leader Opportunity – Design & In-Home Sales Are you a driven sales professional with a flair for interior design and a proven track record in in-home sales? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Lead in design and help us transform spaces with premium window treatments and sophisticated awnings. We’re a well-established business with decades of success, looking for our next growth hire. While ideal candidates have experience selling window treatments, we're looking for a seasoned sales expert who has guided clients in enhancing their luxury spaces with comparable custom, high-end solutions as well. What You’ll Do: As a design consultant, you’ll assist clients in selecting top-tier window treatments and awnings, using your sales acumen and product expertise to ensure excellence in every project from start to finish. Our Offer: + Competitive Compensation: You will make the most in this role on high-gross commissions. For peace of mind, we also offer an $18/hour base pay. + First Year Earning Potential: $70,000 - $90,000+. + Year 2 and Beyond: $120,000 - $150,000 total earnings when meeting sales goals. + Comprehensive Training: We'll provide up to 90 days of paid training to refine your skills and set you up for success and help you become a full expert on products. + Paid Time Off: 10 days per year. + Paid Holidays: 9 days annually. + High-Quality Leads: Each year, we provide a generous amount of well-qualified leads to support your efforts to meet annual sales goals. + Generous Commissions: Earn substantial commissions on high-value sales. + Essential Tools: Access to technology and resources to streamline workflow. + Schedule: Standard 9-5 hours M-F. Occasional weekend/evening flexibility needed for client consultations/sales appointments. + Location: In-person role with showroom and in-home consultations and onsite showroom account/project management tasks. Who We’re Looking For: + An Experienced Sales Leader with a proven ability to exceed sales targets in in-home sales or design consultations. Prior experience in window treatments, closet solutions, or similar industries is a plus. + An Interior Design Enthusiast who is passionate about helping clients enhance their spaces with aesthetic, functional solutions. + A Skilled Communicator capable of building client relationships and collaborating with team members. + Results-Oriented Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. + Customer-Focused salespersons dedicated to providing outstanding service for every client. + Organized & Detail-Oriented folks who effectively manage multiple projects with precision. Daily Responsibilities: + Client Engagement: Develop relationships with clients, network at home shows, and build partnerships with designers, builders, and past clients. + Sales Strategy: Conduct in-home consultations, present premium product options, and tailor recommendations to each client’s needs. + Closing Sales: Confidently close sales by providing solutions that align with clients’ visions. + Project Oversight: Manage projects from consultation through installation, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery. + Client & Vendor Relations: Maintain strong connections with clients, vendors, and installers, and follow up post-installation to ensure satisfaction. + Creative Marketing: Leverage social media and other marketing strategies to showcase work and attract new clients.
