Job Description
Your Team
The Sales Lead for Elyson supports New Home Consultants (NHCs) by assisting with customer interactions, coordinating key appointments, and ensuring a smooth home-buying experience. Responsibilities include providing updates, maintaining records, participating in meetings, assisting with tours, and collaborating with builders to ensure quality standards. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills.
Your Key Deliverables
+ Provide timely and effective support to the New Home Consultants (NHCs) and customers as needed.
+ Assist with writing contracts, as needed, in the absence of the NHC.
+ Regularly communicate milestone updates to customers in the backlog on behalf of the NHCs.
+ Schedule key customer engagements, including Meet the Builder (MTB), Open Wall Tours (OWT), New Home Orientation (NHO), New Home Delivery (NHD), and any required third-party inspections.
+ Be knowledgeable about plans, current pricing and inventory available and be able to discuss with home shoppers.
+ Participate in Sales Walks with builders to review completed spec homes and ensure they meet standards.
+ Attend customer- or builder-facing meetings, such as MTB, OWT, NHO, or NHD, in the absence of NHCs.
+ Maintain and update the Tally system weekly to ensure accurate records of activities and progress.
+ Assist with homeowner and Realtor events as possible
Must Haves
· 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with exposure to the homebuilding industry preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
· Familiarity with CRM tools, scheduling software, or similar systems; experience with Tally and Sales Force is a plus.
· A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
· Previous experience collaborating with builders or knowledge of the homebuilding process is highly desirable.
