Sales Lead Ahold
Job Description About the Position

We have an opportunity available for an ambitious Sales Lead to lead Kraft Heinz's retail account Ahold! The role is part of the Benelux team and involves a strategic, long-term focus. You’ll report directly to our Sales Director Retail and will be responsible for taking the relationship with our key customer to the next level.

In brief, you will be taking ownership of:

Elevating the customer relationship by applying a forward-thinking, long-term strategy

Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Category and Marketing

Utilizing data insights from category analysts to translate complex information into clear, actionable steps

Ensuring a people-first approach while simplifying processes

Acting as a key knowledge and sparring partner, understanding the customer’s needs and challenges, and proactively delivering innovative solutions that drive mutual success

Managing and developing Key Account Managers while fostering collaboration across all teams

Qualifications

Minimum a completed relevant Bachelor's degree

7+ years of meaningful work experience in a commercial environment

Experience with sales in a Retail/FMCG environment

Proficiency in both Dutch and English is a requirement. Candidates without Dutch language skills will not be considered.

Experience or clear affinity with people management
