As an Enterprise Corporate Sales Leader you will play an integral part of our strategy in establishing and expanding our footprint in the world’s largest global accounts. This role is a coaching and developing role where the leader will focus on transactional growth and developing sales talent.

Role description:

Considerable experience in technology sales management combined with a consistent track record of success in a similar enterprise software environmentHistory of effective hiring, training developing Account ExecutivesCoaching experience and talent management capabilitiesConsistent track record of quota carrying technology sales and account management experience as an individual contributor and managerRecent experience managing and closing transactional sales-cycle within large enterprise accountsSuccess of working within a highly matrixed organisationDemonstrable knowledge of budgeting, and forecastingKey Industry knowledge and ability to effectively articulate the value prop and methodology and coach AE’s to deliver the same messageTrack record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positionsStrong customer and previous management reference
