IFF is the global leader to supply Food Ingredients and Flavors and we are constantly looking for new challenges—and developing new-to-world solutions that answer them.  We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join our Vietnam Commercial team as Sales Leader, Vietnam.

Your Focus:

You must be a self-starter who will drive the sales and growth target, develop and strengthen customer relationships and explore new growth opportunities with key accounts. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic and clear account plan, driving revenue growth and long-term account penetration and profitability, leading internal and external alignment, overseeing day to day operations, and managing strong executive level relationship by presenting to customers, developing proposals and negotiating agreements to meet business requirements.

How You will Contribute:

Lead IFF Flavor and Ingredient business for Vietnam (focus is flavor)Drive results for revenue growth, key account penetration and profitability.Navigate the customer’s organization structure skillfully to build trusting relationship with senior level executives and influencers to support our Vietnam team to successfully met our business targets.Drive growth with and through the Distributor platform, continuously review the go to market channel to meet the business growth expectations.Develop a strategic, and comprehensive key account plan for targeted customers with our Vietnam team, with short to long term strategy, opportunity pipeline that is in line with the overall business strategy therefore strengthening our competitive advantage.Ability to identify and execute customer engagement & growth initiatives through internal key stakeholder collaboration establishing strong relationships across commercial, marketing, design & creation functions and facilitating value adding initiatives at the customer led by IFF.Lead and develop the commercial team within Vietnam, continuously building their commercial capability to meet the expected IFF business growth in Vietnam.Lead & coordinate the execution through the team of the day-to-day cross-functional business processes related to pricing, quality, service support, supply, opportunity management, forecasting to continuously deliver high service level to our Customers and Distributors.

What You will Need to be Successful:

Above 10 to 15+ years sales and business management working experience preferably from relevant industry, with a track record of success in dealing with complex selling cycle and managing key customers.Knowledge of buying influences, negotiation, purchasing processes and value-based solution sellingStrong initiative to identify growth opportunities, coordinate, and drive actions to influence customer.Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, handle conflict, and quickly respond to changing market dynamics.Experience in managing a sale’s team.Great communication skillsGood command of spoken and written English
