Job DescriptionPrimary customer contact for Order Intake and follow up.Being the Interface between customer & logistics service providers (including warehouse & transportation arrangements & communication)Handling logistics customer inquiries (orders, claims, deliveries).Orders on Hand management, including back order follow up, monitoring & feedback.Accurate documentation raised for the various processes.Handling and respond to all customer requests, Continuous attention to customers' credit limits.Supporting the business with Automation projects related to customer data processing (order placement, order amendment etc)Coordination & monitoring of reverse logistics processes including processing of customer RFCs and Claims.Handling the Customer 3rd Party Business coordination including processing & monitoring of batteries & direct ordersFacilitating export customer documentation & transportation processes.Supporting the Sales and Accounting Teams for Accounts Receivables related to RFC.Setting up and conducting reports pertaining to the SLC functions as required.Handling very low-level technical enquiries on parts availability.

QualificationsUniversity degree in business administration, logistic or equivalent High School Qualification3+ years of experience in logistics / Supply Chain Intermediate level MS OfficeComputer literate, experienced in MS OfficeSAP knowledge experience is essential.Good understanding of the supply chain processes.Automotive parts sales experience is an advantage.Strong team player.Good knowledge of export processesFluent in English & Arabic.French is a plus
