Job Description

Helpdesk for seller’s commission inquiry Provide helpdesk assistance to all commission-related concerns. Ensure that commission inquiry of all sellers are properly coordinated to concerned departments. Provide support in payroll processing Monitoring of In-House Incentive, from requesting RFPs for those already qualified, to distribution of debit advice to Sales Channels. Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals Responsible for managing seller’s database through accurate and regular updating of all necessary information including correct hierarchy, sellers' information and movement or termination of sellers. Activation of access to Seller's Portal for In-house Sellers and Brokers. Accommodating inquiry with regards to log-in issue and coordination with IT Dept. all the Log-in issue/error encountered. Employment verification of Sellers from Banks and other companies. Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree and/or any related courses ( BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance Strong quantitative and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office applications particularly excel Good written and oral communication skills
