Amazon Ads is seeking a “builder” to lead the SMB Non Endemic organization. We are seeking an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker, who is passionate about digital media and the future of SMB advertising.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. They will invent on behalf of our customers, drive execution of your strategy, ensuring that the organization is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates and other operational quality metrics.
Key job responsibilities
- Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent
- Manage a team of 7+ direct reports
- Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase performance of your team
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Enable your team to exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
- Have and promote customer obsession; ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
