The Sales Manager, Foodservice Retail Sales position will perform the following duties:
Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other salespeople in doing so.Coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas).Determines pricing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels.Identifies opportunities for increased sales.Develops sales forecasts and set goals for key account activity.Prepares financial management reports on key accounts.Attains sales goals for key account business.Confers with customers to meet their needs which includes appraise, advise, inform, recommend, suggest, etc.Prepares detailed customer analysis.
