Position Summary:
Milacron is looking for an Industrial Machinery Sales Manager to join our team in Campinas, SP, Brazil. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales activities of the organization, including managing client relationships and selling injection molding machinery and aftermarket services to customers.
Work You’ll Do:
Develop and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers, and manage existing customer relationships to meet sales targets and margins for injection molding machinery
Organize sales activities, business development activities, and sales operations/administration
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions
Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentations
Conduct product demonstrations
Develop strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments, produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets/quotas
Supervise sales professionals and set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay actions
Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance indicators
Basic Qualifications:
Technical degree with an engineering focus
5+ years of experience selling industrial equipment
2+ years of experience leading industrial sales teams
Familiarity with plastic processing equipment
Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more, both nationally and internationally
