Sales Manager – MR South

About the Modern Retail(MR)
Modern Retail is one of the cornerstones in Commercial team, responsible for managing national accounts such as Sam’s Club, Costco, HEMA, Lawson, Family Mart, KKV, and others.
About the role
The Sales Manager needs to lead the team in identifying market trends, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering sales targets.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing business and JBP relationships with key customers, such as Sam’s, Costco, KKV.
- Diageo’s business with other off trade customers in Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan.
- Team management including 1 sales rep in Guangdong, 1 Sales rep in Sichuan.
- Managing wholesalers.
This role offers the opportunity to organize T2T meetings with global customers, engage with the global team to learn from advanced international markets, develop leadership skills, and explore potential in different areas of the Chinese market.
Skills/Experiences Required
- Proven experience in managing sales and key customer relationships in the retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Team-oriented spirit to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to analyse market trends and develop effective strategies to stay ahead.
