The Sales Manager, Natural will be an active member of the LIV Sales team responsible for building and executing strategic sales plans for natural and conventional accounts out of UNFI and KeHE. This includes identifying opportunities in the marketplace, creating presentations and promotional plans, presenting to buyers, and providing LIV Sales leadership with analytical insight and recommendations to scale. The role will need to identify and execute display opportunities to drive sales volumes. This role will be responsible for forecasting and budgets in the assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is a “natural salesperson”, highly analytical, results driven, and eager to work in a growing, fast-paced company. **Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:** + Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. + Present to and work directly with buyers to understand their business needs and objectives. + Manage trade spend budget for regional accounts. + Manage relationship with the broker, leveraging their longstanding relationships with retailers and working with their Sales Managers to develop tactical in-store marketing plans. + Understand category-specific landscapes and trends to expand categories within key accounts + Identify and execute display opportunities to drive sales volumes. + Work with Sales Manager and Ops team forecasting sales volumes. **Qualifications:** The successful candidate will have the following qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required. + 5+ years’ experience working in sales in food or beverage. + Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products within the consumer- packaged goods industry. + Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions. + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. + Experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word. **What We Give:** + 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employees (PPO, HMO and Kaiser options). + A 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage. + A generous PTO and sick policy that includes 13+ paid annual holidays. + Wellness classes (fitness, mental health, nutrition, finance, etc.). + An Employee Assistance Program, including membership for guided meditation for all employees. + Monthly tech and wellness reimbursement. + An infinite supply of Liquid I.V. for endless hydration! **Work Environment:** + The responsibilities of this job will be handled from your home office with up to 20%-30% travel including trade shows/expos, and other relevant events. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $98,400 - $147,600 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
