\n\nThe Sales Manager for Nordic and Baltic regions is expected to systematically and proactively drive sales of all company products, solutions and services portfolio in the targeted territory or market segment. Your focus is identifying and closing new business opportunities with new potential accounts in Nordic and Baltic regions.
\nAdditional responsibilities include building new partnerships, representing the company in industry events and marketing activities and fostering internal collaboration around sales projects and targets.

Key Responsibilities
\n· Identify and research targeted accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and strategic plans to convert them to customers
\n· Manage, develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients
\n· Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
\n· Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
\n· Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and formulate strategies to capitalize on them
\n· Build sales pipeline for new key accounts
\n· Cooperate with account sales teams and business development to promote new solutions or improve key account relations
\n· Promote company products, solutions and services
\n· Hold customer negotiations, prepare solutions, quotes, tenders
\n· Plan and execute new marketing initiatives
\n· Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
· You hold a BA or higher level in Sales/Marketing/Business disciplines
\n· You have a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
\n· Experience of field sales and managing large accounts.
\n· Excellent presentation skills and used to present both internally and externally
\n· Proven track record of growing key accounts and reaching targets
\n· Can easily build relationships and maintain existing relationships
\n· Proficient social and interpersonal skills
\n· Complete Fluency in English, native level capability of Swedish, Norwegian or Danish is preferred
\n· Experience in CRM systems, Sales Analytics, Presentation, Project Management software might be an advantage
\n· You have understanding of the Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, partner-based business models, basic marketing concepts and instruments and solution sales technologies

\n· Understanding of forecourt equipment and how it works
\n· Understanding of retail and digital payment technology
