Sales Manager, North Region
Your Tasks:
1)Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts. Identify growth opportunities and new markets within the region.2)Team Management:
Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams across the region. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and guidance. Organize and lead team meetings to align on sales goals and best practices.3)Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Identify potential business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities.4)Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and track regional sales performance against targets. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management. Utilize CRM and other tools to manage sales data and forecast trends.5)Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and operations, to align on strategies. Coordinate with other regional managers to ensure consistency in sales efforts and best practices across regions.Your Profile:
Any bachelor’s degree graduate with min. 12+ years of experience in IAM (Independent Aftermarket) Auto Parts Sales (PC Segment) Strong experience in Team handling & stakeholder management skills String exp. in Channel sales/Distributor management Strong knowledge in Automotive PV segment Strong influencing and communication skillsLocation-Pune
